What to Expect
In-Person
You will find my office at 319 W 1st Street in Claremore, OK. It is off highway 88 between Cherokee and Muskogee Avenues on the southwest side of the road. There is a door adjacent to the parking lot on the east side of the building that you will use to enter most of the time. There is typically a receptionist when you walk in who will let me know that you have arrived as soon as I am available.
If that door is for some reason locked, please text the office number and let me know that you have arrived. I can then come and let you in the back door when I am able to do so after the previous session has ended.
Virtual
Virtual Sessions are offered for individuals in Oklahoma, Colorado, and Arkansas.
If you are joining our sessions virtually, you will receive a link 24 hours before your session that will allow you access into the therapy room. It is similar to Zoom but hosted on a therapy based website. We will have our session in a private virtual room.
Other than where you physically are for your session, the two options are actually quite similar. We address the goals you would like to achieve and the concerns you would like to address and anything in between.
